[周刊王CTWANT] 日本近年因日圓貶值,吸引更多外國觀光客前去旅遊,瘋狂採購後還可能需要購買更大的行李箱來裝載,且漸漸變成1種興起的習慣。日前有北海道民眾拍下公園推滿廢棄行李箱的照片,上頭還貼有深圳和香港的機場代碼,不難推測是觀光客汰換後的結果,令當地居民很困擾外,觀光客此舉也使旅宿業者很頭痛。
綜合日媒報導,來自北海道的民眾日前在X發文抱怨,貼上多張在札幌公園看到的傻眼畫面,有多個行李箱被推放在路邊,「不知道是中國人、韓國人還是台灣人,但連最基本的規則都不守的外國人,真的不希望他們來日本」;從原PO氣憤的言論中,推測行李箱都是被淘汰不要的,就隨便丟在雪地裡。
貼文曝光後造成日本網友熱烈討論,大多都認為這些丟棄行李箱在路邊的人很沒公德心。而札幌市環保單位負責人證實,公園內發現13個被棄置的行李箱,不清楚它們是誰放在公園的。報導中提到,有多個行李箱上貼有代表來自深圳機場「SZX」航空公司代碼。
事實上,不只在札幌出現這種現象,也有其他地方有類似情形,像是民宿的垃圾桶旁邊有觀光客淘汰不要的行李箱,上面的航空公司貼紙上則是印有香港機場代碼「HKG」;對此,民宿業者也向環保單位投訴,這已經不是第一次,外國觀光客這個行為害他們還要額外花錢請人來處理不要的行李箱。
有日本專家針對此現象說明,主要是日圓貶值,外國觀光客到日本購買行李箱價格相對便宜,且觀光客到日本玩都會大買特買,這些因素下,觀光客會選擇在當地購買更大的行李箱,便把舊的隨便丟棄。
不過,在日本亂丟行李箱是違法的,報導中指出,依法最高可罰款1000萬日圓(約新台幣223.7萬元)。建議外國觀光客旅程中有汰換行李箱,應尋求適當的途徑處理,像是詢問飯店有無丟棄行李箱服務或請販售行李箱的業者回收舊行李箱;此外,東京成田機場第1航廈B1的「Riat!」維修店就有類似服務,即便觀光客可能被收費,但至少能避免遭罰款。在關西機場則有專門免費回收行李箱的專櫃。
